Lime juice, cilantro, garlic, tequilla!

Glad you're back! I don't think I'll ever get to the point where I could do this on my own with any kind of long term success; we all need each other! No more dipping out for you!

I also use Designer Whey & have always purchased the vanilla because they used stevia for the sweetener whereas the chocolate used aspertame or splenda (can't remember which); then I noticed the package for the chocolate had changed so I checked the label & found they starting using the stevia for the chocolate flavor as…

I am. I was diagnosed about 10 years ago & just found out a year ago that I have Hashimoto's. There is a group on here for those of us with thyroid issues, you should join us. :)

I would like to join. I'm back on the wagon after backsliding for a while & could use the extra motivation.

You are doing soooooooo good! You are an inspiration to me!

I'm no doctor, but my son is bi-polar so I have done a ton of research. From what I understand, people that are bi-polar should NEVER take an anti-depressant (ex, Prozac). It can kick mania into high gear (and therefore, probably anxiety). I would talk to your psych doctor about a change in meds. If you have a family…

I'm in! I totally slacked on the Christmas Challenge (just wasn't ready, I guess) but I'm all in this time. Feel free to harrass me if you don't see me keep up with this! I will enter my weight now, & body fat % on Friday when I measure! Good luck everyone!

Ok, I'm in! I've been been off the wagon for a while now & want to get back on, but can't find the motivation. I still feel like my attitude is in the wrong place, but maybe doing this will help!

Designer Whey French Vanilla (Target sales it for $20). Only 3g of carbs & no fake sugar.

Try orange peel extract. (If you google "d-limonene for gerd" you can get a lot of info on it. I tried it & it helps a lot! :)

OMG, I think you are my twin! I also only drink soda when I'm having some Captain!

All the needed minerals & such are removed from it, so it can be very harmful. I know my mother-in-law had to be admitted to the hospital a while back because she was sooooooo sick. They finally traced it back to the fact that she had been drinking distilled water.

I was back to work in one week & feeling pretty good after 4-5 days. I wasn't working out at the time, so I don't know how much time I would have needed, but it probably would have been about 3-4 weeks before I would have been able to do a serious workout.

You should get your thyroid checked. One of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is being cold. Also, dry skin, fatigue, weigh gain or trouble losing weight, & constipation.

First, I just have to say- how on earth can one be sick of rum & coke??? ;) Captain Morgan & Coke Zero is my all time fave! I also like to get a long island ice tea if I go out. All for Rum & Rum for all! :)

WOW! Great job!

What a great idea! I'm going to try this with the steel-cut oats that I bought & didn't really care for.

I'm hoping that you are taking these warnings seriously. Who cares if you already paid for the drops, it's not worth the risk. I just want to add that my best friends did this and she lost a TON of hair! I thought she looked like a cancer patient when she was on it. PS- She has gained most of the weight back!

You are not eating near enough! With the exception of Monday & Wednesday, you are way too far under your calorie goal. Trust me, I know it's hard to wrap your mind around eating more to lose weight, but it works.

Someone explained it like this & it helped me to understand: As an example say in the fat burning zone you burn 60% calories from fat, while in the cardio Zone you burn 45% from fat. So in a 30 minute workout you may burn 240 cals in the fat burning zone but 360 in the cardio zone. 60% of 240 is 144 cals from fat in fat…

I am also 5' 3.5"! I currently weigh 164 & my goal is 125-129! Feel free to friend me, I would love to support you on your journey. :)
