Oatmeal, boil eggs at home and take to work, goggle microwaving eggs, yogurt, or protein shake. It's tough eating right/healthy, it's either expensive and/or inconvenient, but with the commitment and determination, we will reach our goals, good luck:smile: :smile:

I agree with the other post. If you have kids and they play sports, while they are practicing, put on your tennis shoes and walk, make use of that time. I'll be honest getting up early is not easy, but when you weigh out the pros and cons, you will do it:wink:

I feel your pain, and since the Olympics have been on, I have noticed most of the female athletes are not big chested...my theory, I'm training for the Olyimpics:wink: :wink: But I agree with the other post, I'd rather be small chested and healthy.

I have curly/wavy/unmanageable hair...I just started using a headband (bough at Walmart) and it really helps. My hair has a mind of its own, so this is a great investment. The headbands come in different colors, and I think 4 or 5 come in a package.

Eggs are another source. I was getting tired of hardboiled eggs at work, I found online how to cook an egg in the microwave (you can google it), so this was a good thing. Quick and easy to make at work.

You look great. I think you hit the nail on the head, MFP is also about being healthy. Before MFP, I weighed 150, didn't think I was "over weight" in October 2011, I joined a gym, started toning up, eating right by counting calories, and lost weight....bonus, bonus, bonus!!!

Me, I'm guilty!!! I work Mon-Fri 8-5 (full-time job), and have a part-time job (I work at my gym) on nights I work my part-time job, I get up at 4:30 to go exercise. Here are a few options oatmeal, oats, hard-boiled egg, or cereal. I just tried microwaving an egg added cheese and hot sauce, took 2-3 minutes and was good, since I get burned out on hard boiled eggs. Break 1 egg in a microwave safe bowl and scramble with a fork. cover bowl and place in microwave to 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
