  • Although I weight myself throughout the week, Monday is my weigh in day. I think that's one of the reasons I feel so bad after the weekend! I might start using Friday as my official weigh in day.

I will try to stop feeling so guilty and allow myself to have a meal here or there and a few drinks without worrying that it will sabotage my results.   • Next time you are in this predicament go to the grocery store and buy one of the Garlic Chicken Viola meals (frozen). They take 10-15 minutes in a pan on the oven a taste yummy! 2 cups (which is a lot to me) is only 480 calories.
  • If you want good sweet potatoe fries you should use a higher heat for about 30 minutes. I've cut them up into chip form and placed them with Olive oil, cinnamon and a little salt on aluminum foil on the grill...works great!

  • Do you notice any difference in your body and clothes? I'm the same way on the scale but will notice in my clothes. You may have hit a plateau already too and should mix up your routine a little.
  • I understand the desire to want to look good for family. I only go home about 3 times a year and know my family expects me to look a certain way. Very motivating!
  • I always take hard boiled eggs into work for extra protien (I only eat the whites typically). String cheese and cottage cheese are my other protien snacks.
