What works for me is finding workouts that I enjoy doing. IMO, we tend to consistently do things and make time for things that we either have to do (work) or enjoy doing (Netflix bingeing). Once you find what you enjoy, it will be easier to get motivated to go do until it becomes part of your routine. Good luck!

I'm interested. I lift 3-5 times a week depending on what program from bodybuilding.com I am on. I am in the last week of one program and will be starting another 12 week program in 2 weeks. On days I am not lifting, I try to stay active with a boot camp or TRX class.
