snack wise i am addicted to either tesco or morrison light crispbreads with extra light cheese triangles - much better than bread and dont bloat you up also the rivita crispbread - taste almost like cheesy puffs without the cheese and 20cals a slice Mmmmm

I tried it a couple of years ago - i remember for a month it worked quite well stopped feeling hungry all the time and had trouble finishing meals, then after that they stopped working. Made me remember theres no such thing as a magic pill

Your body normally goes into ketosis (starvation mode) depending on the person between 2-4 days - i honestly would not worry while your not well just focus on getting better and drink plenty fluids, when you can eat again your body will go back to normal

Why are your friends not keen on you being on a diet? True friends would respect your choice and not judge what you ordered - i wouldnt feel pressured to order something for the sake of appearance and feel guilty if i could have had a better option

On average I burn about 1000cals with exercise so usually eat about 500-600back. Depends on the day really. Weight loss seems to be fairly consistant so seems to be working for now

some people just dont want to put the effort in - always waiting for that magic pill or fad diet that will melt the pounds while doing no effort. Doing this is hard yes - but end of the day it was my poor choices and lazyness that led to me being fat and its my choice now to go to the gym 6 days a week and work my butt off…
