Oh dear bad day am 465cals over my 1200. Trying to tell myself that it's still under what mfp recommended for weight loss. But feel like i deserve a kick up the bum for slipping!! 2 hrs min in the gym tomorrow

Hi just wanted peoples input into my diary - i'm trying to eat my 1200 and some of my excercise calories but finding it hard to eat that much (first time ever lol) any suggestions? Thanks feel free to add as well

Always going over my sugars goa
Normally eat 3 apples a day which bumps me over my sugar limit of 39g - any suggestions (apart from not eat apples) is there a better choice of fruit i could have? Thanks oops should read goal
