  • day 6 of level 1 and i made it all the way thru the cardo yay me!!! i think its also because my hubby and i have walked every night after 9 for a mile so that made cardio much easier today looking forward to walking tonight too!!
  • i get them at walmart for 4 bux for a box of 30 in blister packs. they are called Mega-T Green Tea its says they are a dietary supplemnet with acai berry and hoodia... i love them!!! they are for loosing weight but i take them for energy twice a day after i eat and its not bad for just 4 bux!!!

  • 100 calorie mini bags of butter popcorn slimfast snack bars (helps with chocolate cravings!) fruit snack since my kids always have some trail mix 100 calorie cheesecake cups or yogurts those are a few of my new and old favs that i have had this week... hope this helps!
