  • Hey! I just turned 30 in July and have about 100lbs to lose with a small goal of 30-40lbs by Christmas. Feel free to add me as a friend. I don't have any other friends as of yet so if anyone else would like to add me too that would be great! Congratulations on you first week!
  • Great! I will look into some New Balance shoes and see if they are better. I would like to say trying them on in the store would help me decide but they usually fit great and feel great in the store but then I get them home and start working out with them and all heck breaks loose. Thanks for the advice!

  • I started taking my multi before bed because they were making me sick. I haven't had a problem since :)
  • I tried slimshots and they are gross. I couldn't even make it through the whole box and I felt that I was hungrier on them then normal. I haven't tried anything else. I avoid them because of the caffeine. They will give me a headache.
  • I was feeling this very same way yesterday. I know I am making progress because my clothes fit better and some are even too lose to wear anymore.   • The friends I go out with are a smaller size then me. When we go out, I always over hear something, usually from a guy, saying how they won't dance with the fat girl and then look at me. Then they usually proceed to check out my other friends and roll their eyes at me.
