Hi everyone, I have Hashimoto’s, recently diagnosed after fighting to be heard for 7 years. I also have very toxicity levels of lead and mercury and am going through a chelation therapy. My thyroid levels are been managed with meds and are back to normal. Weight has been one of the challenges I have had and it isn’t coming…

I hear you! I recently just started back on the fitness wagon. What I find helps me is setting goals for myself; working out 3-4 days this week, eating at home instead of going out all of the time, stretching, drinking more water, etc. I don't do all goals at once as it stresses me out. I love my nutribullet. I have had mine for about a year and use it daily for morning smoothies, soups, sauces, etc. I see a lot of people asking about ice. I use ice in mine with no problem. I also use frozen fruit with no problem.

1200 is not a lot of calories and shouldn't be viewed as "you eating that much." As others have noted above, 1200 is the minimum that any one person should eat. However, I wouldn't advise it. You really should bump up your calories. For now walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill is fine. But I am sure you will notice that…
