I have a Fitbit HR Charge. It is ok. It counts my steps and helps me keep moving. For tracking my runs and cycling I use my TomTom. They make a line of fitness watches. I like it ok but am looking into different ones since I tend to go through fitness watches fairly quickly.

I use almond milk or coconut water. My husband likes to use Apple juice but I don't want all of the sugar.

I love my nutribullet. I have had mine for about a year and use it daily for morning smoothies, soups, sauces, etc. I see a lot of people asking about ice. I use ice in mine with no problem. I also use frozen fruit with no problem.

1200 is not a lot of calories and shouldn't be viewed as "you eating that much." As others have noted above, 1200 is the minimum that any one person should eat. However, I wouldn't advise it.
