  • Exactly...and the same could be said for the guys who never break a sweat but stand around with their hair gelled and chains sparkling. The ones who don't even notice anyone else is around because they are too busy sweating ,caught up in the workout - those are the hot ones!

  • Green Tea!!! I'm trying to cut out soda and drink more water, this takes care of both! It really helps me feel less thirsty and so, fuller. Plus, they claim if drink 2-3 glasses a day you can burn about 80 calories more in day and every little bit helps!
