  • I bookmarked this thread so I can look back at it when I'm having a low day where I just want to eat the contents of the pantry. Congratulations! You look fantastic :)
  • When I'm out walking and my dog has a liquid event, I try to cover it up with leaves or such. Don't know what I would do if I were on a public street, though! Use a water bottle and try to wash it away? Sorry about the crazy!!
  • Don't forget to cool down/stretch out after! It makes a huge difference in how sore I am later. I got all the way up to week 7 and then hurt my back really bad (not from running.) I loved the program so much and am SO BUMMED that I'm not allowed to run anymore :( (bum knee)

  • Eat a modest dinner. Make it something that is high in veggies and fruits so you really fill up on it without all the calories and fat (like a salad, light on the lettuce and heavy on the onions, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, apples, etc!) Drink lots of water to purge the salt from your system, too, or you'll feel cruddy…
  • Gluten-free is good for people who are gluten-intolerant, or have Celiac's disease. Wheat-free is good for people who have wheat allergies. Whole wheat foods are better for you because the grain is less processed, so it has more of the stuff that is good for you! You can get 100% whole wheat foods from just about…
  • My mom runs 3 miles 3 times a week and is about 180+ pounds; anybody can be a runner! Start out on a treadmill, or a flat path. Grass or dirt is best on knees, pavement worst, but it's still doable. C25k is a wonderful program; I hope you enjoy it!
