I'm also in a Biggest Loser Challenge at my jobs that ends May 24th and I could win over $300 if I lose the most! I REALLY want to meet this goal!

This was actually just answered on yahoo! news yesterday... a blind person can be in a vehicle that drives through the ATM and that blind person deserves the same privacy as you and I do, even though they may not be driving the car. As for the rest...it was funny!

I like the "young adult" fantasy type books. If you're looking for a good series like Twilight or the Sookie Stackhouse books you would probably become obsessed with Vampire Academies. If I were a vampire, I'd want to be in those books. Thanks to everyone on here I'll be reading Hunger Games next on my Kindle!

I dont have pictures because I'm not proof but I've heard to lay on your back, put your heels together and knees on thier sides all the way down to the carpet... do a crunch in this position but instead of putting your arms behind your head put your hands strait in front of you with palms touching eachother. I'm doing it…

It was my first time watching - I'd go with the guy not named Bob (can't remember, sorry)! But I love the show! It's encouraging for me to lose weight so I dont end up in their situations but also inspiring that they push SO hard!!

I know this is a men only thing but I read it because I love football! (American) With that being said I have to say WTF to all the insults about which countries footballs, baseballs or any other balls are better. I love MFP for being international so get off of it already and get back to the NFL!

I felt the same way in this zumba class im in, a lot of good looking girls who are in shape...but they messed up just as much as I did so I thought that it was good I was at least in the class and trying to do something for myself. So ask yourself this...Do you laugh at people or judge them when you see them running? -Or…

Change up your exercise to include a little more cardio or take a spin class or something different! You signed up for this because you wanted to...so keep to it! You CAN do this, we all can...so go do it! Really...log off and go!

If you go a size smaller they do force you to flex more, so yes...i think it will help you lose weight. I can only speak from expreience with my belly band (for pregnant peeps)...I used this a lot after I had my baby and it really did help me tighten my abs more..You might want to try a more affordable option other than…

If you're like the picture, she was probably checking out your abs. But I think they make these for a reason, so wear it! I can't help you with the "how much will I lose" part it IS a work out shirt.

Salmon Patties! Drain really good. Use lemon pepper, 1 egg and 1/2-1 green bell pepper chopped Mix all ingredients together. Form into a patty (like a hamburger). cook on Med-Low slowly, want to make sure the center is warm. I serve mine with 1 TBSP of olive oil Mayo smeared on top. YUMMY! I make mine out of the can. 1…

Love this - I'm stealing. I always use Mohammad Ali's "Don't count the days, make the days count!"

You totally do!

ZUMBA! It's so much fun and makes you feel good about yourself - everyone is watching the teacher so nobody walks by you on a treadmill and makes you think "they think i'm going too slow" or any other way to get down on yourself. You can also get a wii fit and do those games. Try to get friends involved and have a weekly…

I would try to be as open and honest as possible...and give her a Rosetta Stone packet to learn English. If you want to have kids and plan on having a job too, there will be no time for your mom -especially if you're adding fitness into the mix. The fact that you are on here shows you care about yourself and I think that…
