I was running today thinking how amazing it was and how easy compared to the first mile I did. The only warning I give you is it's addictive! Well done and wishing you many more happy miles

so dissappointing to see so many comments on here against you. we as a society have a duty to the children and you and me are that society. when parents don't parent properly society must be allowed to do it for them

for me loads of veg, cos i love the veg, roast dinner isn't that bad if you keep the portions of meat and potatoes modest. But i might squeeze a bit of a run in on Christmas day to conteract the christmas pudding! or is that a bit sad! i've actually gone a little under my target weight in order that I can have a squeeze a…

going for a mad binge once in a while is good for the spirit, and therefore a positive thing to do....just don't do it too often and make sure overall you are in a negative calorie balance for the week. What ever you do it has to be sustainable or you will just put back every pound you loose. I deny myself nothing but make…

you'll be amazed what you can do once you get started with MFP. Lots of encouraging friends is the way to go. And once you start to see and feel the difference you'll be inspired to carry on. YOu are welcome to friend me.

more frequent small meals helps me. and going out for a walk when i'm hungry and it's not meal time yet!

forget yesterday and look forward. We all make mistakes it's what happens next that matters. Good luck

there really is only one way to loose weight.....use more calories than you eat! it's the only thing that works, there are no short cuts. That is why MFP works it just helps you concentrate on how your calories add up each day.

you've earnt the calories so eat them! no point in not as you#ll send your body into starvation mode. but make sure your exercise calories are accurate! some sources vastly overestimate the amount burnt
