Definitely more with lifting, although I intermittently add in JM DVDs a few times a week when I feel like it. Hard body level 2 and banish fat boost metabolism are the best.

I started with 30 day shred, finished that, and then I started live fit by Jamie Eason. It's a great place to start for lifting. I usually do some form of weight lifting at least 4 days a week.

Lol because I'd rather not have tons of photos floating around the internet with my face in them. Not that I don't want people to see me, but it's easier for people to transfer these photos to other sites, then my profile picture cause my profile is private. Not that anyone would care to do so. Lol

I kinda didn't get really serious until August 2013. The before pictures probably aren't at my highest weight either. So it's taken me about 5 months to get where I am. I am still trying to lower body fat % and gain muscle. :smile:

I think your calories goals sound pretty good. Awesome job with the exercising, but I would recommend cutting down the cardio. Also, why does it really matter? Let your fiancé think what he wants. It is really not worth fighting over. Losing weight and getting healthy is for your health. It doesn't really matter what he thinks.

You are right, you can lose weight by just dieting and not exercising, but keep in mind that without exercise, you will only be losing fat and you won't be gaining any muscle, which makes it harder in the long run to keep weight off, unless you want to diet for the rest of your life.
