For a young person around 20, who is 5 '9 and around 168 pounds, how long should it/could it take, while still being able to maintain after wards?

Nutrition Facts don't add up..
I bought some Joe's Plantain chips. Nutrition label says serving size is 40 grams, 100 calories. The macro break down says there is 20 grams of carbs and 12 grams of fat in the serving.... (1 gram of carb has 4 calories, 1 gram of fat has 9, right?) Am I missing something? Is the calorie label just totally off?

Do you sweat during your weight lifting session?

Complicated title I know. :) Just curious..was talking to a friend about this...
