Would it be alright to do the 30 day shred twice a day?

My treadmill is busted, and I would really like to get some more exercise in. I love the shred but I just find it so short. I was thinking of doing it once in the morning and then again in the late afternoon or evening....Do you guys think this would be recommendable or not?

PS I am on level one and already have a degree of fitness.

    If some people do two levels after each other then i cant see why you couldn't do it twice in one day!

    Just see how your body feels and stop if need be.

    Well, I could run outside, but lately the weather has been so hot....it's kinda yucky running out doors. :noway:

    Yeah heat will make it harder but it'll get easier as your body acclimates to the heat.
