Insanity Cardio and Resistance, 4 mile run, 10 mins on step mill and upper body weights

Perfectly normal when switching from weight loss to maintaining, It is your glycogen stores replenishing. I got down to 143 and as soon as I went to maintenance I popped right up to 145 and have stayed around there for about 6 months.

Ripped in 30 level 2 followed by Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Felt great!

Take a rest day, but if you have the time and energy, why not spend some extra time doing it? It's better than sitting on your butt. I love working out and often do a long run, topped off with 1 or 2 workout DVDs or weight lifting sessions through out the day. Just be sure to listen to your body.

I've not done T25 but I've done Insanity, which is ...Insane. :) ...I've heard great things about T25 though. It's a good step between something like the shred and Insanity.

Exercise. Best waist trimmer you'll ever find. 30 day shred....20 minutes a day. You'll EASILY lose an inch in 6 weeks with that.
-
The scale at my gym says that I weight about 10 pounds less than I actually do, according to a big ol' Drs. scale.

I am 5 9 , 140 pounds and I eat upwards of 2,000 to maintain my weight. I workout 6 days a week, but trust me, chances are you can eat a lot more than you think you can.

You can try replacing the steady state cardio with some HIIT . It can be a great way to jump start some fat loss.

To be honest, I think changing your lifestyle and becoming fit takes a certain degree of obsession. Eventually that might fade a bit and turn to dedication/habit instead.

It took about a year, but within that year I feel off the wagon a few times until I finally really found my true love (lifting weights) about 6 months and haven't looked back since. I started with the 30 day shred, and then I began to add in heaving weights 4-5 times a week with cardio sessions thru out the week. I run,…

I would love to join. I have been lifting for 6 months and I have recently started eating more....between 1600-2200. I have gone from 180-140 over the past year or so. I really want some more friends who lift and eat!!

LOL Thanks so much! This site has honestly been such an inspiration for me!

It doesn't matter really. Proteins aren't gender specific. Just don't get a massive gain protein. Perfect Whey or Diesel are good and tasty. About 28 grams of protein. I also like Kaizen protein.

Loves to workout....

Eating at a deficit. That's the only thing that will give you a flat belly You can't spot reduce. You have to reduce overall body fat percentage thru healthy eating and exercise.

Around 19 I believe. Thanks guys!

I did Livefit and really liked it. I actually would supplement occasionally with Jillian Michael tapes. I was taking New Zealand perfect whey, but it doesn't really matter what kind you take. I would say most of my results are from livefit.…

Loved 30 day shred. Gave me a good fitness base. I will still add in her workouts a few times a week, although now I do extreme shed and shred, banish fat boost metabolism, and hard body. I ate between 1200-1800 calories. Mostly clean, lots of protein, including whey protein powder.
