Do the Pilates rebounder as there is no stress on the knees or hips. I have bad feet and cannot stand or do jumping, or jogging for any perid of time. My sister had a total knee and she does about 12 minutes and a friend had a total hip replacement last year and she does 30 minutes everyday. I only do about 20 minutes a day

If you have had very little fiber in your diet and you have added a lot at once this will happen to you. If you have never had much fruit then your body will need time to adjust to it. Your body is cleaning itself out this usually last 5 to 7 days and then you levels off.
