  • No, you should not run in the Shape Ups. I looked into it when I thought about buying a pair and found on the Skechers website (I think) that you should not use them for running. If cost is prohibitive, maybe try stores like TJ Maxx or Ross? I always get my running shoes there since they can be so expensive at "regular"…

  • I'm 5'7", 28 and 161lbs. Goal is/was 150, but as I get closer, I am starting to wonder if that is where I will stop. I have been losing inches doing the Supreme 90 Day Challenge DVD's. I just want to be healthy and toned! Add me if you would like.
  • I just try to keep "good" "bad" things available. Apples with PB, Luna bars, sugar free gummi bears, etc. Or like others have said, try to determine if you really are hungry or just bored and then find something to do! You'll get through. Did posting here help?
  • Agreed! It is harder, watching the weight come off slower than we are used to/expecting, but I just have to keep reminding myself that I am doing it RIGHT this time.
