Do you think it's better to buy his new book, will it give me more options? I am looking to lose my final 10 lbs. I work out 6 days per week, so have to do a little more calories or i will pass out from being so hungry lol

I totally agree with you.. very intelligent response.. I am one that is always hungry.. struggle with it all day.. I do find eating higher protein and more frequently helps me.. and chewing the crap out of trident cinnamon gum most days and staying away from the kitchen.. not an easy task working from home ahhaha!!

Try drinking green tea and make sure you eat before and after you work out.. more protein is my advice.. if after a week or so that does not work, I would look into supplements like 5-htp... google it.

Start out slow, like middle to last pack of people and just take it easy up the hills. Slow down and just keep moving. Walk through and drink the water at the stations. Larabars, quest bars., sweet potatoes, almond flour and coconut flour home made baked goods, eat more meat, protein lasts longer. You don't need a ton of carbs to be healthy just eat ones that are worth the calories., Good luck!

I am 5'2 and weigh 135 and its very hard to maintain at 5'2 and I run 25 miles per week and eat paleo/low carb/healthy.

Love this advice. Totally agree. I increased my miles when my body felt like running more. I did not force anything. I tried to workout and diet for years. I was 203lbs and 5'2. Once I stopped working out and was on a restricted diet, I lost 68lbs, i gained 7 of them back when i started working out and that is my advice.

good luck girls! I was 203 at 5'2",.... I am finally down to 156.6 as of this morning. I have 27 more to go till my goal but I will get there! Its a rough road.. if you nip this in the bud now you wont have to deal with it more severe like i did because i didnt control it sooner! Best wishes!!
