  • Mine is 2-3 weeks at this point, i disconnected and reconnected and emailed them, they responded and said because i disconnected and reconnected it threw me at the bottom of the syncing so i will have to wait longer now. w/e i am annoyed.

  • If you put the vanilla protein powder in cottage cheese it REALLY is like cake batter.. if you blend it up and smooth it out (yes the cottage cheese) its amazing. A chick actually dedicated a whole site to making shakes with cottage cheese.

  • I would try 1500 on LC and 1800 on HC, if you are moving around a lot you are burning enough to be able to eat more. i don't really agree with his calories. Are you eating enough carbs, like 100-200 on your HC days and under 100 on LC days? How much have you lost over all?

  • Well i went fro 145 to 144 last week, then back to 145 this week. The only difference was making pumpkin protein bars but still ate within my calorie range and macros but i did have quite a few (damn they were good) I guess I will just not make them this week (damn it)

  • Quest has so much fiber in it, I would not eat one before running long distances. If you read up on what to eat before you run they say a carb/protein combo.. like a piece of ezekiel, almond butter & half a banana before a race is what I do. Your body will burn it off very quick when you run so no worries about that part.…
