  • My bodybugg shows that I actually burn more on the treadmill in 65 minutes than I do on the eliptical in 65. I was very surprised. I burn around 600 on the treadmill at 5.5 mph run and around 500 on the eliptical at a 10 resistance.

  • Asics Gels here! Love them. For running I had a local running store film my gait and suggest the right build up for me. But I knew what brand felt best for sure. They also moved my size up a half size which really did help me with my bruised toes.
