I will say I use a body bugg and thought I was calculating pretty good using the gym equipment but was very surprised how off it was. Hi, I have been on TSFL program since last May and have struggled for the last 4 months. I have lost 40 lbs and need to lose another 20. Would love some support to finally get it right. Keep struggling to stay on plan. Ugh!

My bodybugg shows that I actually burn more on the treadmill in 65 minutes than I do on the eliptical in 65. I was very surprised. I burn around 600 on the treadmill at 5.5 mph run and around 500 on the eliptical at a 10 resistance.

Asics Gels here! Love them. For running I had a local running store film my gait and suggest the right build up for me. But I knew what brand felt best for sure. They also moved my size up a half size which really did help me with my bruised toes.
