Yes! I love them to get my sugar fix without going overboard. The chocolate covered pretzels are my favorite. I've never considered eating more than one, but if I just had an open bag of choc covered pretzels, I'd definitely eat half.

For sides, try to get black beans or beans "a la charra", instead of refried beans. Refried have a lot of extra fat and calories and they're usually topped in lots of yummy cheese.

Where does MFP give you 2 numbers for days you workout and days you don't? I went into change/update profile and it only gives me one count of 1410 to lose .5 a week and tells me how many calories I'm hoping to burn with my workouts.

Under cardio there is a "strength training" category, which is what I use when I take a Body Pump class. I believe there are also a few for calisthenics, push-ups and sit-ups. I actually don't understand the point of the strength category at all - unless it's just to log your progress over time?

I am always hungry on Mondays. On the weekends I have a different eating schedule, which includes bigger breakfasts, and especially on Sundays when I consume lots of beer and wings while I watch the Pats kick butt! I hate fruit on the bottom and the way it looks when you open the container with the nasty liquid on the top....blech. And I hate cold yogurt. I always read on the elliptical and bike - that's when I catch up on my celebrity gossip. Just listening to music I find myself constantly starting at the timer. I agree with other posters that the steamers tend to have the best flavor and cook the best as well. In general, I like the asian and italian flavored healthy choice/lean cuisine, etc. The pineapple chicken is quite tasty.
