I did ok today. I tried to stay active because I couldn't go to the gym today. I was under my calories so I had some popcorn. I felt really good today and my working out has been paying off. I just need to find some healthy foods so I can make a food plan.

I have no energy right now :ohwell: and am board out of my mind. I just want to go in the kitchen and eat some popcorn. What can I do that will get me out of this slump. I don't want to boardum eat. My husbands out of town for the night. OOoo maybe I'll go catch up on my books. That wont take to much energy.

Start logging what your gonna eat before you eat it! Get in the shower and clean your tub. That'll burn a lot and take your attention off of food.

Today is my 5th day straight going to the gym and I am feeling awesome! I've been eating right and training my tushy off. Next week I'm gonna have a personal trainer so I'm gonna feel even better. Yay for me sticking to it this time.

Another day that I'm feeling great! I can't make it to the gym tonight because my husband is going out of town for work so I'll ave all 3 kiddos. So I'm going to go to the mall and walk today and do lots of stuff at home. I'm not craving sweets anymore yay! Havea great day girls and stay on track

The weight will be off in 5 weeks for sure. Screw the scale. You're probably losing fat but gaining muscle mass. Which weighs more. The scale is the devil stay away from it if it discourages you. Just know that your feeling a lot better.

I do strength training for arms one day the next I do legs and the 3rd day I do cardio. Then I repeat. I warn up on arms days for 15 minutes then for 45 minutes I do weights for all the muscles in my arms, back and chest. Oh I have a question! This hit me last night. I was so sore from my weights the last 2 nights that I didn't even want to imagine doing my cardio last night. But I did! I decided to swim laps. What do I do when I'm super duper sore but need to get my cardio in? When I'm doing weights should I do more weights less reps? Or…

I was gonna make a pork quesadilla for lunch and decided I didn't need the cheese beans or tortilla. So I chopped up pork and onions and green chilies and ate it that way. Saved a ton of fat and cals and it taste just as good : )
