Also I LOVE going to the gym now! OHHHH and the number one things that helped me was I NEVER put myself down. I used slim fast when I first working out. When I was having a real battle with food. I would drink it when I felt hungry and didn't need to eat. It really curved my appetite.

I am soooo glad I'm not the only one that does this. I was in the same boat as you. The third day I went crazy. I was having really bad widthdrawls. Every emotion in the world was going threw my head and body. I wanted to die. Don't think I'll miss them again

I don't take off days. I just take it really easy. Instead of intencity I'll take a nice walk or something. So I feel like I still did something that day. Your body needs a rest but that doesn't mean you have to lay on the couch all day : )

Buy some slim fast for times like this. I don't use it daily I use it for times like this. When I'm hungry but I know I don't need anymore. It really does make you not hungry for 4 hours or more. Or drinks lots of water, snack on veggies or fruit

I have stoffers Alfredo chicken pasta in the oven cooking for the kids. It's loaded with fat and calories. I have done the elliptical trainer before and lasted like 5 minutes cuz it killed my legs. Well tonight I did it for 65 minutes then I sat in the Sauna for 10 and swam laps for 20 minutes. I had the best workout of my life. I feel so liberated. I also ate so good today! I've lost 7lbs since last Monday and I'm teary eyed…

Oh I have another one. Today I was at the mall (early) and decided to go up the escalator the opposite way! So if you don't have a gym this is a great great workout.

After my second baby I got down to 145 and was in a size 7. So I new that I could get there since that was my after baby weight before. I know I'll never be tiny so I'll be way happy with that :happy: Oh and I'm only 5'2 with 3 kiddos

Don't sit and watch the microwave to finish. Do some squats while your standing there. Same goes for when your cooking. Doing little thing like that will burn calories and ad up :happy:

Makes a great garnish to many things. :wink: If you love cheese then buy some Parmesan cheese! It's also low in calories. I like the freshly shredded cheese.
