Yes my Lean Body Mass was too low. I remember they said that too but that it could be brought up. Somehow! Anyway ... more protein. Weight lifting. Hmm .... things can only get better. Only been a member of the gym for three days now so won't expect a miracle change too soon ^_^

Yes I'd like to join in! I might skip the one piece though as I don't think I'd be able to stop at one piece. I have gone six days so far with nothing chocolate, which for me is a LONG time. Usually ate chocolate at least three times a day xD

I am not vegan however I have had wonderful successes doing ten day brown rice fasts. I do one every six months.

I justify it by using Maldon Sea Salt so I am least getting some good trace minerals from it. Salt mined from the land is stripped of all minerals.

Eating too few calories can be just as counter-productive as eating too few. Careful not to send your body into starvation-mode or you won't lose anything.

I don't! I have it too and it doesn't seem to be going away. I do think that surgery is the only option once it reaches a certain stage. You can't shrink the skin back.

I go over every day just from fruit. Going to take it off too I think.

I found by the third week of that particular DVD that I was starting to be able to keep up. Some of the moves are an absolute killer though. Which is good!
