When you feel that way just eat something healthy and filling and chase it with lots of water so the after effects of the binge won't hit you so hard later.

I love Subway and eat there about 2 times a week. This is an interesting discussion and I used to believe genetics had a lot to do with my weight until I realized that I have the ability to change the bad habits I grew up with so that I can set a good example for my daughter. My body type is set by genetics but the amount of fat on my body does not.

I'm not an expert or anything but typically when losing weight, you will lose it all over and not specifically in one particular area like your thighs and or hips. There are exercises that you can do to help tone and firm those areas like squats but I don't think you can specifically lose in one area vs another....I wish…

Good advice. I'm trying to eat more veggies and found a neat place near work with a cheap salad bar and the crock pot is another awesome idea. I need to locate more recipes to get creative because I have a 5 year old to please at dinner time. :)

That's a good idea. I may start prepackaging oatmeal to bring to work because I like to control the amount of sugar and sodium in the foods I eat and that's a fantastic way to do it.

I'm afraid to weigh myself and gauge my loss/gain by the way my clothes fit. I don't want to get obsessed with a scale and the fluctuations women face so that's how I do it. Every so often I will weigh myself to get a number though.
