Well....I regret getting pregnant. Please don't get me wrong, I love my new bundle of joy to pieces but I fear never getting to my goal weight again or even close. I fear being back in the same depressed state I was before surgery.v

I am 26 months out and currently 33 weeks preg. 1) I gave up steak. I just can't seem to stomach it. Sad. I originally went very low carb and when baby hit, I smashed noodles like it was my job, so I will be back to giving those up ASAP. 2) Carbonation - ehhh I was never a huge soda drinker and I find that the bubbles…

I had mine in March 2012. I was almost to goal then found out I was preggers with #3. I am currently 33 weeks and as soon as this baby is out....I am back on the weight loss wagon. Gaining has been soooo hard on me mentally. I feel less restriction and i crave carbs 24-7.

Good afternoon all. If you aren't familiar with me: I am 30, I have 2 children and am currently pregnant with #3. I had the sleeve March 19, 2012 and I was 20 lbs from my goal when I found out I was preg. My mind is having a VERY hard time gaining weight and my body is finding it quite easy to do so. I fear that every gain…

I have lost 105 lbs and then found out I was preg. I still had about 30 to lose to get to my goal. So EVERY SINGLE lb I gain is terrifying! I EAT 1000x better than I did with #1 and I gained 80 lbs. #2 I was ok and didn't really work out and gained about 45. I have been eating healthy and working out this time and I have…

I like Unjury brand, though I just received the "unflavored" and the above poster is right. It has a tint of vanilla flavor to it. I have added it to water with (berry) crystal light and it was fine. I have also added it to greek yogurt. They also have a strawberry sorbet which is delicious for summer. I also enjoy their…

YES PLEASE SHARE!! I was sleeved 03/19/2012 and I too never hit my goal. I was down to 183 and now I am 6.5 months preg so I suppose I can't really count my gain now, but I was at a point where it was HARD to lose an ounce. I was working out and I admit that I was eating more carbs than I should.

You won't find many supportive to WLS in the main forums. It is the "easy way out." Search for WLS or sleeve groups and join them for TONS of information and support. People don't know that we don't come to the decision lightly. It took me 5 years to decide and I was working out and eating healthy all of that time. We can…

Hi, My name is Rikki and I had the sleeve on March 19, 2012. I had lost 105 lbs and then gained a few back when I started lifting. And now......I'm 21 weeks pregnant. I have gained 25 lbs and I am SCARED to death! I know I am getting plenty of nutritious foods (fruits/veggies/protein), but every time the scale scoots up, I…

I had my surgery when I was 28. (now 30). I was big busted and most people knew me as "the twins." Yes I am now a more manageable b/c cup. At first it was a bit de-womanizing, (if that is a word). I felt like without boobs, what would they call me now? Well, it was more my issue than anybody elses. I just had to have some…

Still high risk after 18 months of being sleeved? Most things I have looked up said I would be good at this point. I have had one trip to the ER with low iron and dehydration, but since taking an extra iron suppliment, and more water, I have been fine. I eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, protein in shakes and such, I just…

Right now, I feel like I haven't changed a bit. I am 17 weeks pregnant and previously had lost 105 lbs. I have gained about 18 lbs and it is killing me. It is killing my confidence and I feel like I may never get to my goal. I am alot more hungry than usual and that scares me that it won't go away. Everyone says that I am…

I also use the Zen Labs app, but if you get a phone call or a txt while using it it sometimes gets boogered up and quits and you have to start over and fast forward through the minutes to where you were in your time. That is a bit annoying.

Protein powder, find your flavor and drink up. Until you can eat that is your best bet. Even after you can eat you are going to have to suppliment to get to your needed intake. I am a bit over a year out and I still have struggles because I am not always hungry, or thirsty so you have to make it a priority.

My son is 7, my daughter will be 4 in a few weeks and by my caluculations baby will be due in June so my son will be almost 8. They both love babies and are just amazing kids.

Honey, I agree. People that have never had a huge amount of weight to lose have no idea what it takes to get up and just move. Move to the shower. Tie your shoes. Be with your family. Just Live. They want to keep us down when we are big, and push us back down when we are trying to get healthy. They are the wrong kind of…

My children will tell me to move over because I am so hot to the touch, but I am still freezing. I wear two pears of pants, long underwear, and multiple layers on top as well. I am going to have to break down and get an electric blanket or matress pad but I'm afraid I'll never want to get up then. It was near 70 here…

Okee dokee, as long as I'm not some freak of nature. I sleep with 3 huge blankets and an extra heater right on top of me. I'll prob end up setting fire to myself and never know it because I'll still be cold.

Thanks guys! It's just so hard to wrap my head around eating to lose.

Hun, I am bigger than you and I rock mine!! For the first time EVER in my life. You know what, I didn't care what other people thought. I knew I worked hard to lose what I have and I knew my husband enjoyed the view, that's all that mattered. You look amazing!! I refuse to live wishing I looked better or a few lbs lighter.…
