We were at the county fair yesterday for 5 hours. We were walking most of the time, though it was surley a slow pace with two children. So would I count some of that time as excercise? I would say maybe 2 hrs were actual movement.

Ok, So when tracking my calories and excersize, there is an * under my calories for the day that says: *you have earned 300 extra calories Now are these calories that I have earned added into my daily allowance or do I take my allowance into the negative of that amount if I eat them?
