I have been trying for almost 3 weeks now, and no go. I net no more than 30g, often 20g, of carbs, but the ketostix still don't read that I'm in ketosis. I need fiber, but I don't want to JUST take supps. I tried high fat, mod protein and super low carb, but that didn't seem to work because calories could get too high too…

Heck yeah! I'm 5 even, 114lbs, looking to get to about 109 or so. I don't care how much I weigh as long as my body fat is 12%.
