Thanks for the welcome Michelle. I'm doing the 90 day undulated program (I spell that wrong all the time). So far I love it, the workouts are long, but they don't feel like it!

So happy I found this thread. I'm in the process of losing weight, I have about 60 more pounds to lose. I'm looking for motivation as well. With me having so much weight to lose as well as fat, would lifting now be good for me? I'm so confused about all of this - it can kind of make your head spin. right now I'm doing…

I do epsom salt baths, and drink lots of water to help hydrate my muscles. I usually take an advil if it's too bad.
