I don't see how it could harm you. I was working out in the mornings but I found i just didn't have enough energy and my workouts were slacking because of it so now i've switched to working out at night and it's working much better for me!

whyyyyyyyyyyyyy would you ever want to eat so little? it's absolutely ridiculous. with a good diet and a bit of exercise you can eat MORE than 1200 calories and lose weight. i work out 25 minutes a day and eat around 1500-1700 calories and have lost 21lbs in 2 1/2 months.

Can't tell ya without seeing your diary but it's most likely one of two things 1. you aren't eating enough because you're working out for a ridiculous and unnecessary amount of time everyday being under your calories by 100-500(especially 500) isn't necessarily a good thing since MFP already gives you a deficit to lose…

I know that i found once i upped my calories from 1200 to about 1700 a day i've been losing weight faster and more steadily. 1200 may work for some people but most people can and should eat more.

Hmm I dunno. I don't think HRM's can accurately track things like cleaning, but i'm no expert. They're made for tracking true cardio exercise.

I eat around 1500-1700 and workout for 25 minutes a night. MFP had me at 1200 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week and i did that for the first 2 months but i was finding i was too hungry so i changed my stats to 1.5lbs/wk and lightly active and now it has me around 1600 and i'm losing more weight than i was before lol.

Opening your diary so we can view it can help a lot.. and since you would have to eat a surplus of 7,000 calories to gain 2 actual pounds, it's just water weight. Are you eating foods high in sodium?

It's completely normal to get comfortable in a relationship and let ourselves go a little bit. Subconsciously we think "i have someone who loves me no matter, it's ok to let myself go a little" Some people take it too extreme and that's a whole other ball game...

I love his movies. Howls Moving Castle is probably my favorite. Just watched My Neighbor Totoro a couple weeks ago, it was very good. Love princess mononoke as well, and ponyo! His movies are the only anime i really like.
