Protein fluff not FLUFFY
I tried whipping up some protein fluff earlier and it didn't get fluffy. i'm pretty grumpy bout it. Does it matter exactly how much ice you use? because none of the recipes say an amount they just say a "handful" or "some" :huh:

6 months and 30lbs(before and during)
Today marks 6 months of logging with MFP and i've lost exactly 30lbs. I still have a ways to go but i'm proud of myself for staying committed! This is the first time in 5 years I've really felt good about myself and my body!

wooohooo!! finally under 200!
and i'm not lookin back! I'm so ecstatic to be under 200! the scale read 199.6 this morning this was a little before i started losing weight. this was just after i started my weight loss and this is is me a couple nights ago at work(haha it's the only time i have a chance to see myself in a full lenght mirror!)

Getting a little annoyed with the scale this morning so i decided to snap a pic to see if I could really see the difference everyone else around me sees and boy what an eye opener pics can be!! I've only lost 11lbs so far but it's made such a big difference :D

Mowing calories burned?
It takes me about 3 hours to mow my yard(push mower, fairly large yard with thick grass). MFP says i burned about 1600 calories...does that sound right? yes yes i know HRM is the only way to know for sure but i can't afford one right now so i'm just wondering if 1600 sounds fairly accurate.
