Protein fluff not FLUFFY

I tried whipping up some protein fluff earlier and it didn't get fluffy. i'm pretty grumpy bout it.
Does it matter exactly how much ice you use? because none of the recipes say an amount they just say a "handful" or "some" :huh:

I tried making it once, but it didn't work. Now I just buy Arctic Zero since that seems to be what it really is.0
