Back at it again

two years ago I joined MFP and lost around 30lbs. I absolutely loved it, i felt so good about myself!
Then i got a job on the road, working anywhere from 50-70 hours a week and living in a hotel room for a bit and then finally moving into a house. I mostly stopped cooking and ate a lot of processed foods and i quit working out all together, then I met a guy and we would go out to eat 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes more, because we both worked long hours and neither one wanted to cook.

My weight spiraled out of control from that point on, 2 years late i've gained back 25lbs of the 30 I initially lost, i'm back into XL shirts and size 16 pants and I hate myself.

Still with the same guy but i'm in between jobs now so i've taken it upon myself to get back in the saddle and eat healthy and most importantly exercise. The eating healthy part is pretty easy, i cook dinner since i'm not working so it stops us from going out so much. Working out is fairly easy too, i started doing Jillian michaels 30 day shred again, that's what I did 2 years ago and then once i finish it i'll move onto her 90 day program, i tried a gym membership and found that i didn't like it, which is mostly a shame because i LOVE lifting weights but i don't enjoy fighting over a spot and waiting hours to use them...it's ridiculous.

Anyways i've only been back at it for a week and while the scale won't budge I know it's not the end all be all so i'm not going to worry about it. Just trying to keep my head in the game for good now and to never let myself fail like this gain

I lost most of my supportive friends and could use some more. If you're a supportive person and don't starve yourself then feel free to add me!(sorry to the people that eat 1200 or less but i just can't support that)

I'm glad you're back and working on You again. Try not to focus on the time that it takes to get the weight off - just keep working on it. You'll get there. :flowerforyou:
