Some nights(like tonight) i don't seem to Net enough calories, like right now my net calories are 747 but everything else(carbs, sodium, sugar) seems pretty over the top. I try not to eat too many processed foods but like tonight i went to dinner with a friend which i thought would put me wayyyy over my calories but turns out it didn't....but my sugar, sodium and carbs are so over. So should i still eat more and not worry about the other stuff and only focus on the calories or what??

It's not going to kill you (or your metabolism) if you're way under or way over for one day. As long as you are netting 1200 on most days, you should be fine. Eat if you are hungry, don't eat if you aren't. I wouldn't worry about your micro-nutrients being over for one day either. I tend to always be a little over on sugar and carbs (but I also have mine set pretty low).

This is something that being on this site has made me wonder about a lot. BUT I will say that I lost my weight before I found this site and did it without tracking carbs, proteins, sugars, sodium, etc. So it is definitely possible to lose weight without tracking all the nutrients!
