You seem to eat all processed foods, fast food and take out. I think if you worked at eating a healthier balanced diet you wouldn't be so fatigued. While a calorie is a calorie when it comes to weight loss, the body still needs a balanced diet to function properly.

Wrong. The scale is not the end all be all of weight loss. You apparently missed the part where the OP said he went down a shirt size and from a size 50 pants to a 46...that's a pretty big improvement!

Pick up a Jillian Michaels DVD, i recommend 30 day shred or ripped in 30 My bedroom is maybe 10'X12' with a full bed, computer, desk and desk chair, and full size tv and I still have room to do the workouts :)

I do know this but thanks for reiterating it !! I think too many people are terrified of going over their calories and end up harming themselves in the long run. Yeah, seems a few people are confusing the Nook color with the E-ink Nook. Nook color is crap and i don't know why anyone would get one if they actually wanted to read books..so bad for your eyes!

Unless you got the Nook color, the regular Nook uses e-ink as well. I literally tried to turn the page the other day when i was reading because i was so engrossed and it seems so much like a real book.

Honestly, they have practically the exact same features. Minus the nook has a touch screen bottom and the kindle has a keyboard. I picked the Nook simply because I love barnes and noble and I did not like the keyboard on the Kindle.

I live in a "tornado alley" so tornado warnings don't scare me as much as they probably should, though i still pay attention to them. I think a hurricane would scare the living crap out of me if I lived on the coast and I'll never live in places like california due to earthquakes :)
