yes, it happens. The scale lies, you're better off judging your weight loss by how your clothes fit and taking measurements if you can.

You're eating way too little My calorie goal is around 1500 without exercise, 1800 ish after exercise and i usually have about 100 left over at the end of the day, sometimes more, sometimes less but i always eat at least the 1500.

I don't log ketchup or stevia....that's about it. No reasoning behind not logging ketchup..i just never have, not that I eat it everyday but when i do use it as a dipping sauce i don't use very much at all so i just don't bother. Stevia is no calorie so i'm not going to bother with it. No real sense in logging 0 calorie…

So do I. Washing jeans constantly after wearing them once is a good way to ruin them quickly, that many washes wears out clothes quickly. Not to mention unless you're sweating in them or working outside, they don't actually get dirty.

I do shower everyday, especially since i'm working out now. I do however take very quick showers so as not to waste a bunch of water, mine last maybe 3 minutes. No big deal if someone showers every other day or every couple days if they do a "bird bath" and wash their groin, arm pits, etc.

Follow the orders of your doctor, it's your prerogative. Just remember that doctor's are not nutritionists. If you're not going to eat your exercise calories then don't log your exercises, simple as that. Perhaps if people on here used the search feature and actually went back and read all of the people who complain about…

I dunno, i suck at taking measurements but I did take before/after pics and the difference was pretty awesome. I couldn't see it in myself at first but then looking at the pics I was like woah.

Yup, happens to me too. I take a couple days off from working out and then i see a pretty nice drop on the scale :)
