I have a nook and love it. honestly they basically have the same features so it's just a preference, i checked both of them out extensively before buying and I simply went with a Nook because i love going to Barns n Noble and didn't like that the kindle is tied to an online only store.

I took the time to watch and the video and all I can say is DUH. I took a look at your diary and i'd say you aren't eating enough. You are exhausting your body of all energy and not refueling with enough calories, you can't ask your body to work properly if you aren't giving it enough food. On some days you have almost 1,000 calories left, that's no good.

Eat more all together. leaving such a huge deficit everyday can counteract your weight loss. Your body needs calories to function properly, depriving it of enough calories will only make things worse.

Chances are your bored at work and are eating because of it. I know i eat more on days where i'm sitting around but if I'm up and active then i eat a lot less because my mind is occupied.

yes very much so! i do not find it difficult to log food ever, i find it very simple, even when I am out and about because i can use the app on my phone :D

You're not eating enough!!!! You can't burn over 1,000 calories a day, eat none of those calories back, and expect your body to let go of weight. Your body is like "oh no we're not getting enough food, time to store up some fat!"

fit the pizza into your daily calorie goal and be happy. I eat pizza a couple times a week sometimes and it hasn't hindered my weight loss!

This girl right here, i eat around 150g of carbs a day, sometimes more and my weight loss is great!
