Hey guys, I'm Sarah :) SW 140 CW 137 UGW 120 Since I don't have much to lose 10 lbs might be unreasonable..but I'll give it a shot!

Mine is set to 2, which is a high goal since I don't have a lot of weight to lose. First week I lost 2 then I've hovered around that for quite a while BUT despite not losing any pounds I've been seeing positive changes in my body. :)

Everyone has stretch marks (at least everyone I know) - I'm 5'8" and my highest weight EVER was 140...So I've never been overweight but I have quite a few stretch marks on my inner thighs and butt. It can be frustrating, but it's probably a permanent part of you so you better start loving it! :)

When I did 30DS I was incredibly sore at first, but if you push through the soreness will go away, you'll see your body and your stamina change...so worth it! don't give up!

Same. But also, even though diet sodas are 0 cal I'm pretty sure they make you retain weight. At least with my experience, cutting out everything but water made my tummy flatter than ever!

Why do you guys consider it a fad diet? I know on all the days you can eat an unlimited amount of your soup as well as fruits, veggies, or both, and on a couple days you get a potato..one day you get unlimited rice...? Doesn't sound like a crash diet to me. Someone explain?

Congrats! That just sounds a little fast, so make sure you're getting enough calories every day, especially when you start exercising more. :)
