I do log the calories I eat, and I wore a HRM on a typical night and day. On average its about 1200 calories a day.

My activity level is set at sedentary so i can count it. I try to not go over 1200 a day even though I will admit it happens sometimes.

What do you mean by "cheating". Many times bad food has a ton of sodium in it. Try upping your water intake for the next few days. Upping ALOT. Your weight will go back down... its just temporary. I would take before pictures for sure. I didn't... well i did but i was so grossed out that i deleted them... but I really reallly wish i did! many times the scale doesnt provide the results we want as fast as we want but being able to compare with pictures can really keep up a positive attitude! :)

I am a waitress at Applebee's. If you're looking for a steak the Signature Sirloin with Garlic Herb Shrimp is amazing. 500 cals... the potatos are scarce but the sauce and shrimp make you feel like you're eating a lot.
