With my current BMR, to have a 500 deficit I would need to take in 1,000 net calories a day. But if I want to lose 2 lbs??

I usually stop on my way to work for breakfast (especially when I work out in the morning). My favorite is Einstein Bros. Bagels - Bagel Thin Egg White with Turkey Sausage. It only has 240 calories. Thanks for sharing! This is a concept that has confused the crap out of me for the last month - just because it didn't make sense to me that I should always make sure I am eating at least 1200 calories a day when a 6'1" male also has this same eating threshold.

It took me a couple of weeks to wean myself off of soda. Cut yourself down to one a day, then half a can a day, until you don't need it anymore!
