I eat an egg everyday....totally fine and its good protein and vitamin D. I love me some eggs. My husband does MFP too and deals with high cholesterol. He also eats eggs everyday and cholesterol has gone down since he has lost 12 lbs. So they have helped more than they have hurt....Id say keep eating eggs if you love them.

What an inspiration you are! love how you showed the progress:) I wanna weigh 130 so I have about 12 pounds left. I would think the difference would not be that much when losing 12 but you can definetly see on you that last little bit. good job!
