I drink one almost exactly the same every morning but without the yogurt. I love them and feel great. I have also stopped having to take a multi vitamin because of the amount of natural nutrition I get in my smoothies. I use a couple of handfuls of spinach and can't really taste it.

I would choose Zumba. It is a lot of fun and more doable than high impact videos. I tried P90X and got discouraged because I couldn't keep up. I wouldn't want that to happen to you so I would go with Zumba.

I am close to being at my goal weight. I have 28 more pounds to go. I am planning to be at that wait for close to a year before having anything done but I think I am going to see a surgeon to get his opinion. I am thinking after the first of the year about getting a consultation.

I am planning for next Thanksgiving to have it removed. I have an "apron" which is starting to keep a rash. If it was just a little loose skin I would be ok but this is awful and I am worried if it gets worse that I will start getting infections.

Youtube has some good videos. Yoga stretches out your muscles and will give you a long,lean appearance. I love yoga. One of the biggest tips that I have for doing yoga is to not eat at least 30 minutes before. Yoga massages your internal organs and can make you gassy if you have food on your stomach! LOL

Youtube has good videos too. Another thing you can do at home is belly dancing. It is a lot of fun and will really work your mid section. You may feel silly at first but once you get the hang of it you will be hooked! Youtube has those videos too. I DVR them on Directv.

think you should try yoga. You can Google it and find lots of sites that show you the best poses. Yoga is not only burns calories but it keeps your muscles stretch so they look longer and leaner. I have Graves disease so I know what you mean. I try hard with little to no loss. Some weeks I gain. I do blame myself for some of it though. I know that carbs cause me to retain fluid but I have been guilty of eating too many. I have to just control the amount of bad carbs that I eat so I won't have fluid retention.
