Thanks and yes I wouldn't take anything without running it by my doctor, I trust his judgement. Iron is a B*&ch that's for sure. On and off for as long as I can remember I have had to take these pills I hate them. But they do make a difference in energy etc.

Re: the iron and B12, I have a follow-up with the doc tomorrow in which I am sure he will re-check my blood. Since finding out about both being low I am taking an iron pill once per day (something I am used to as I have had to take these on and off forever), as well the doctor prescribed B12 shots - 1 per week for 4 weeks…

I had no idea it wasn't a strength training class, now I feel silly. Thank you for sharing and I will try the free weights, before I was on the machines.... I have posted a request to be friends on here and have opened my diary. I welcome constructive criticism.

I was doing les mills body pump classes every other day for awhile but almost passed out during a class, it kind of scared me, so I haven't gone back to the classes and have just gone back to cardio.

At first I was guilty of missing the odd cracker here, or cookie there, but lately I have been logging right down the last mini-cheese sandwich cracker (for example) I even sometimes log more than what I am eating to be safe (meaning portions). How do I open the food diary? I've only been back to regular logging this week.…

Thank you so much for the information. If it hasn't been tested on humans, then Dr. Oz definitely shouldn't be pushing it, he should know there's thousands (at least) of people who watch him everyday and will/do follow exactly what he says. I usually think if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I just wanted some…

I've heard they are really difficult to get right now and yes expensive. Although there are some sites I see selling them for cheaper than that, but I won't don't know how much I would trust them. I put together an article for a client of mine (I'm a freelancer) about them and they just seem too good to be true, so I'm…

I really agree with this post. A lot of times eating healthy can be expensive and I too have resulted to soup, apples, on sale salads, etc. I think everything in moderation is fine. For example I have many friends who preach the no sugar,/carbs high protein diets and they work great on them.....until they relapse and put a…

I would love to join, just waiting to see if my hubby listened and bought it for me for my birthday on the 17th. Just started my second round of 30DS, it's killing my knees though. I've heard Ripped in 30 is killer, but easier on your knees, so I'm looking forward to that. What was everyone's results from 30DS? I found…

I am new to fitness pal as well and am hoping to shed a few pounds. Well okay the excess weight from my pregnancy with my twins plus a couple more extra. Shedding this last little bit has been a struggle. I am hoping with the combo of fitness pal and jillian michaels workout dvd's, it will happen :)
