Yea, I know fat doesn't make me fat, I was just thinking my numbers were off. Though doing the IIFYM it's putting my protein and fat way high and it seems like it's a low carb thing.

It's more the foods that I'm trying to limit, like cupcakes and cookies and dishes full of butter and cheese. I mean, I could still have a little bit, but I have a hard time with self control, thus MFP.
