I just have regular ear peircings + cartiledge on top of one ear + nose and tongue. I feel like I'm getting "too old" for the tongue peircing though lol I got it done when I was 16. I have 3 tattoos - lower back otherwise known as "tramp stamp" lol and both wrists on the inner side.

So losing enough weight to go from the obesity range on the bmi to a healthy one does not equate to good health?? Hmm, that logic seems a little flawed.

Agree 100%!! I've lost 40lbs so far since last August, no 'diet' necessary. The only thing I've given up is drinking soda. I stay active and I eat what I want in controlled portions... I've even been known to eat *gasp* McDonald's on occassion or even *double gasp* more than one slice of greasy, full fat pizza!!
