I hate Excercise!!!!

I have read so much on everyone's (amazing) efforts at exercising. Like Spin classes, personal trainers, boxing rara
rah! With the motto- no pain, no gain........
BUT, I know from experience that I just hate these kind of things! And this is usually where I fail after a couple of weeks and my diet goes with it.
Have others been permanently successful with just doing things like walking and cycling? ( a real bike) or is the strenuous excercisng the only way to do it?

I have an aquaintance who lost 50+lbs through proper eating and walking alone, it took time but it worked for her.
I think the most important thing is to find something you love that works for you.
Before I started to lose weight consistently, I purchased an elliptical (which was a total waste for me) for at home.....and then I discovered I HATE working out at home....so I got a gym membership, and discovered I absolutley LOVE going to the gym - whether it be for a swim, classes or my own workout in the fitness center.0 -
Exercise is exercise. Lower intensity means that you don't need to recover or have short recovery times, but the trade off is you need to work out longer to burn the same number of calories.
You don't need to bounce around like an idiot to burn cals. However, weight and stretching work is beneficial on top of walking and cycling, and should be considered.0
