  • bag of frozen veggies ( I like brocolli/cauliflower or fajita mix of peppers and onions). Saute with little oil and water- chicken or turkey breast tenderloins, add veggies. use spices-pepper, garlic,etc. you can premake 3-4 meals easily! I'll post a picture in my profile to show you what I normally do. Mary

  • my newest favorite that fits my dietary needs are Beanitos. The black bean ones are awesome. my kids even love them! I tried the kale chips, but prefer to just use the kale in my green monster smoothies :)
  • I don't use salad dressing b/c of the sugar and vinegar and I'm too busy to make it fresh everytime. salsa mixed with hummus. i love using guacamole. i used to love having dried cranberries. HTH, Mary
