I have been doing WAY better since I got serious about MFP (Dec 11) but I still have at least one a week. I had a bad one yesterday because my mom made a comment about my size/ weight loss goals and it just sent me over the edge. :( Today is a new, and BETTER day :)

I'm in the process of learning how to control my binges. It's HARD but I have to take it one day at a time - and not think about the big picture. I had a badbadbad day yesterday - but today is a new day and I'm controlling it.

I was on Day 10 too... and I really didn't want to it. In fact I started and then after the first pushups I stopped. It took me 20 minutes before I could convince myself to just do it. So I did. And I'm GLAD! But I wish I would have been smart like you and skipped to level 2!

I get annoyed when I am talk about/ mention something about being F-A-T and whoever I'm talking to says "Oh shut, up. You're not fat" (or something to that end). Yes, I am. I'm fat, not delusional.

It's never worked for me. For me to lose weight my diet has to change.

I'm the opposite! I'd rather work out and feel that energy and be able to eat whatever I want. But, sadly, that doesn't work for me.

I think it really depends on the person and how fit they are also. I just did Zumba for the first time last night too (SO fun!) and I burned 724 cals (according to my HRM) in the hour.

We have an Ipad and i have a kindle app on my droid. That makes it easy for "I'm bored" on the go type reading - but, to me, nothing beats a book in my hands.

I've had trouble getting back on track after the holidays too and It is hard! But you can do it! Just keep taking it one day at a time :)

I'm 5'6 and sitting at about 239 right now. I could use ALL the help and motivation I can get from people in similar situations. :)

I wasn't planning on taking a rest day... but I don't really have time today as we're going to be gone pretty much the whole day. So I guess today will be a rest day for me too :)
